Shipping & Returns Policy
Please note that Christmas trees are a natural product and as perishable goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of perishable goods, i.e. especially flowers and plants (§ 312g Absatz 2 Satz 1 Nr. 2 BGB).
All sales are final. However, we offer a “Guaran-tree” whereby if you are not satisfied with the tree we deliver to you we will exchange your tree for another.
This guarantee is valid after 24 hours from delivery and until 48 hours from delivery only.
Replacement trees will be of the same size and quality but this is dependent upon available stock.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Weihnachtsbäume ein Naturprodukt und als verderbliche Ware vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen sind. Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von schnell verderblicher Ware, d. h. insbesondere bei Blumen und Pflanzen (§ 312g Absatz 2 Satz 1 Nr. 2 BGB).
All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will confirm, by email, your chosen delivery date a week. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and on the way.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
WunderTree is only available in Berlin and Potsdam. Delivery & Collection is FREE. At checkout our systems will automatically check whether you are within our delivery and collection zone.
Deliveries & Pickups are made from 8am to 9pm Monday - Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We may offer a pick-up and drop-off service. This will be confirmed in late November, 2020.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within one days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
